KATHY MILLER has resided in Fort St. John since 1962
and became quite a familiar face throughout her school years with her
involvement in sports and being an energetic band member. Her band teacher
to this day still states what a great time he had teaching these classes.
A Strong Sense of Community KATHY strongly believes in giving back to the community that has been
so good to her over the years. KATHY has been a Director for the Christmas
Hamper Society since the late 80’s, a Director for the Residents
Family Council of the North Peace Care Home and a volunteer for the Auxillary
since 2000 and a Director for the Care Home Foundation since 2003. KATHY MILLER has also been the Director for the F.S.J. & District Chamber
of Commerce since 2003.
KATHY became
a licensed Realtor in 1987 and an agent in 1992. Her involvement in organized
Real Estate spanned from 1991 to 1998 in which she was elected by her
peers to President of the Northern Real Estate Board in 1994-1995 and
then carried on as Director for the Provincial Association from 1996 to
1998. KATHY is currently a member of the Professional Standards Committee.
KATHY has now completed
the 4 courses required to obtain her CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial
Investment Member) and is now a candidate CCIM member. KATHY
is now a member of the RE/MAX of Western Canada Commercial Division, and
the NCC (National Commercial Council of the Canadian Real Estate Association).
KATHY is very excited to
extend her Highest Standards of Business Practices, Ethics and Honesty
to her Residential, Commercial clients and everyone she comes in contact
with.
